NEW! Steelhead Stone
$2.00
The Steelhead Stone is a deadly black stonefly imitation that has proven itself time and time again on Lake Erie steelhead. Its dark, buggy profile provides a natural stonefly presentation that steelhead have a hard time passing up.
This pattern is completely weightless, making it perfect for fishing as part of a tandem rig. It also works extremely well fished off a tag above a heavily weighted Euro nymph, allowing the heavier fly to get your rig down while the Steelhead Stone drifts naturally above it.
Whether you’re working deeper runs, seams, or pocket water, the Steelhead Stone is a simple but highly effective pattern for Great Lakes tributaries.
Tied on 2X strong barbed nymph hooks!
